Service Advisor Motor Trade Jobs Norfolk

Our client in Norfolk has an opening for an experienced Motor Trade Service Advisor to join their organisation.

You must have experience within the motor trade and knowledge of Kerridge or a similar system would be a distinct advantage. You also need to possess excellent customer service skills and be a confident relationship builder, able to advise customers on minor technical issues whilst delivering a first class service whilst also achieving the company objectives and targets. You will take ownership of customer queries and resolve all issues through to your customer’s satisfaction.

Duties include;
. Meeting and greeting customers into the service reception
. Booking vehicles in, advising on duration of repairs
. Gaining authority for any additional work that may need carrying out.
. Ensuring deadlines and targets are achieved whilst maintaining a high quality of service.
. The ideal candidate must have excellent leadership and people-management skills, coupled with a good level of education, outstanding communication skills and must be well presented.
. You must hold a full UK driving licence.
