The position for Centre Manager in Cambridge is no longer available
We are looking for experienced individuals to provide a premium service to our customers, as Centre Operations Manager you will have worked previously in a service environment and ideally have experience of fitting car or commercial tyres.
Your prime responsibilities to name but a few include constantly promoting sales maximisation whilst achieving optimum customer satisfaction, effectively managing the day to day health and safety policies and procedures, ensuring full compliance and managing and reviewing resources including both people and assets.
With a proven track record in a management role, you will have accountability for a Centre budget and Centre productivity indicators which you will review on a regular basis with your Manager.
Excellent communication skills are essential for this role as is a full valid driverís licence.
