Repair Centre Manager

Experienced Repairs Manager required to work in a busy commercial workshop for a very well established HGV Dealership.

Duties include:
Managing workload and distribution of jobs to technicians in the Workshop and providing guidance as required.
Providing excellent customer service to Service Reception, customers & manufacturers
Costing, budgeting, forcasting
Motivating staff and managing their records
Processing of paperwork and computerised service sheets. Handling warranties
Adhering to Health & Safety Regulations

Ideal candidates will have previous automotive experience, within the HGV Industry or large business vehicle, technical excellence in vehicle maintenance, excellent computer, customer service and staff supervision skills. A Class 1 HGV Driving Licence and membership of a recognised engineering body would be advantageous.
