Experienced CNC Grinder – Darlaston – Permanent - Nights – Competitive Salary + Shift Allowance

Our prestigious client based in the Darlaston area of the West Midlands is looking to recruit an experienced CNC Grinder to join their expanding team. This client is a leading specialist in the supply of high quality forged, machined and fabricated components to a range of markets worldwide.

With a proven track record in engineering you will be able to demonstrate the ability to set and operate Jones and Shipman CNC machines. The ideal candidate will be able to read and interpret drawings and you will be able to utilise gauges and measuring equipment, including verniers and work to stringent specifications and have an excellent eye for detail.

Working hours will be nights, 6.00pm – 6.00am Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday’s and 6.00pm – 10.00pm on Thursday’s.

The hourly rate for this position is circa £12.00, which is negotiable dependant on skill and experience. There will also be a 1/3 shift allowance on top of this hourly rate due to the position being nights.

This position will be offered on a permanent basis.
