General Manager for Stunning Restaurant

The restaurant is looking for an exceptional individual to manage our busy Food and Beverage operation. At peak season we have 2 dining outlets open as well as a private dining area that all require a consistent standard of quality and service.

They expect a service that exceeds their guest expectations by consistently meeting their Standards on a daily basis. A natural warm and friendly charm with attention to detail are second nature for them.

You must have a proven background in a similar environment of 4* hotels or busy restuarant with fine dining and have experience of managing and training teams in bar and restaurant areas. You will be expected to show controls over stocks to meet percentages and be able to organise your team to keep payroll costs in line with budgetary requirements.

Good organisational skills are key as your team consists of a core permanent staff that increases for the summer season and each individual will require full induction and training including H&S and Brand Standards as well as job chats and development plans.
