My client is looking for a chef de partie to join their creative team in Central London. The position would suit a creative, passionate chef with excellent menu ideas.

The ideal candidate will come form a contract catering background with experience working in staff dining kitchens as well as catering for hospitality requirements

We are looking for anyone with a professional approach, able to build good working relationships and the ability to run sections as a real team player.

The Chef de Partie should be able to assist with the daily running of the kitchen, responsible for section MeP as well as ordering. You must have good attention to detail and cope well under pressure.
Further you will have experience within quality establishments from contract caterers, hotels or restaurants with some form of professional catering qualification.

Your passion for good food and cooking will be evident in your personality. You must show enthusiasm but at the same time be serious about your work and career.

As Chef de Partie you will have strong leadership skills and be a good communicator.
