Food & Beverage Controller

An exquisite high end drinks focused venue are looking to recruit an experienced Food & Beverage Controller to join their growing business.

Reporting to the General Manager & Finance Manager you will be responsible for controlling all drinks stock based in the venue. You will be in charge of monitoring stock levels of all F&B areas, performing rigorous checks to ensure there are no items missing or not accounted for. You will monitor wastage and set up processes to reduce both wastage and cost. You will be in constant contact with staff of all areas of the venue to ensure you have all the relevant information to perform your duties. You will utilise the current systems to extract as much data and information about sales & stock as possible.

The next Food & Beverage Cost Controller must come from a luxury hospitality background, ideally London based. We need analytical candidates who are numbers orientated and experienced in understanding in depth reports. You must be confident in your own ability and have the knowledge and enthusiasm that commands respect from the team. You must have a tough personality and be able to make tough decisions if needed for the good of the business. We would like candidates who are creative and can think of new ideas and initiative to control costs.
