Role: Drinks & Beverage Manager

Our client is looking for an ambitious Drinks & Beverage Bar Manager to work in a bar offering some of the best cocktails in town.
The successful candidate will be reporting directly to the Senior Group Manager.
Key tasks and responsibilities:
• running the entire bar area
• thorough drinks knowledge
• doing regular stock takes as necessary
• recruiting and training staff
• adhering budget, increasing profits
• be comfortable running a restaurant too
• experience working with private dining
