A Senior SousChef is required at this beautiful manor house hotel situated in the South West London area to assist in motivating and developing the existing brigade. The hotel has over 160 stylish, modern bedrooms, large conference and banqueting facilities and extensive leisure facilities.

The Role:-

We are seeking to recruit a high quality individual who has the ability to be able to work alongside the Head Chef in managing and running a very successful kitchen. The successful candidate will need to be able to demonstrate that they can cook cuisine to a high standard, have good personal skills and strong leadership skills.

Qualification/Experience:-
You will require previous experience of working within a similar quality, high volume operation. You will also have excellent communication skills, leadership skills and financial awareness.
