Our client's primary purpose is delivering world class customer service ensuring that each client is greeted with a 5 Star service. Based in Derby our client is currently seeking an exceptional Front of House Team Leader to join their corporate offices. As a Front of House Team Leader you will enjoy working within a corporate organisation with duties including meeting and greeting clients in a professional manner whilst coordinating all meeting room bookings and leading a team in order to drive world class service.

Due to the nature of this role it is essential that you have previous experience within a Facilities Team Leader/ Front of House role, and this will ideally have been gained within a 5 star hospitality industry or similar.

The ideal candidate will have:

Ability to work with peer groups, service managers and a diverse customer base
Flexible and proactive approach with excellent planning, organising and communication experience
Can confidently give examples of going above and beyond standard customer service in their previous role
Have a service orientated attitude combined with innovative thinking As a Front of House Team Leader you MUST be able to understand the customer's requirements to ensure excellent customer service is given, manage a team and work with the Operations Manager and Facilities team to lead, plan and drive forward an excellent customer service experience.
