Our client is a world renowned luxury hotel company. A fantastic opportunity for a talented and experienced Executive Chef has arisen at the Flagship property in London.
The ideal candidate will be a strong Executive Head Chef or Executive Sous Chef who will continue to deliver exceptionally high standards, consistency and creative thinking in Modern British and European cuisine.
This luxurious property is renowned for its attention to detail, first class facilities, fine dining and outstanding attentive service.
As an Executive Sous Chef, you will be skilled in managing a fast paced team using knowledge and experience from previous roles in a similar environment. You will be responsible for catering for a range of areas such as informal / formal dining and private functions.
The successful candidate will be
Michelin Star or 4-5 AA Rosette fine dining and 5 Star Hotel experienced
Currently working at Executive Sous Chef level / Senior Sous Chef
Holding experience in a Palace standard operation
Evidence of inspirational and leadership skills of a team of 40+ Chefs
Passionate about creating simple yet distinguished dishes
Have strong and constant communication skills as you will report to the Executive Head Chef and Restaurant Manager
Pristine personal appearance and articulation are a necessity
Menu development experience
A fully rounded staff trainer
