I am currently recruiting for an Mechanically biased maintenance engineer to join a leading manufacturer in the Spalding / Lincolnshire area.

The Role:
Covering a preventative maintenance schedule for machinery such as:
Check Weighers
X-Ray Machines
Wrappers
Packers
Tray Sealers

Attending reactive breakdowns and helping to implement continuous improvement techniques through the engineering team.

The Candidate:
Candidates should have a minimum of three years experience in the capcity of Mechanically Biased Maintenance Engineer or Multi-Skilled Engineer
Have completed an aprrenticeship or hold a relevant engineering qualification such as NVQ level 3, HNC or HND in Engineering
Have experience of maintaining equipment in an FMCG or Food Processing environment.
Be proactive and work with their own initiative.
Identify areas of the business to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.

The Shift:
3 on 3 off 12 hour permanent nights.

The salary:
£37,200
