Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer / Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

A Maintenance engineer / Multi skilled engineer, is required by a well organised flexible FMCG manufacturer is to maintain production machinery by way of planned or emergency breakdown assistance.

This role is now available due to growth of the company, the ideal engineer will have a food/drink, pharmaceutical background, be apprentice trained and be as comfortable stripping down and rebuilding machinery, machining and TIG welding as they are fault finding on electrical components.

Candidate must also have a 'do it now' attitude and are prepared to challenge themselves and others to be the best as this role will involve work alone as well as working in a team.

Salary: £28k - £30k + benefits, working a days and afternoon shift. NO NIGHTS!!

This position is commutable from Honiton, Chard, Yeovil, Taunton, Axminster and Beaminster.
