Service Manager - Electronics
Engineering Service Manager - Electronics required.
The Service Manager is required to lead the planned and reactive maintenance of electronic equipment both in-house and on client site whilst meeting company divisional goals, increasing service and repair revenue and maximising profit opportunity within the business parameters.
Key Tasks Include:
Coordinate and resolve all service related issues offering fist class customer service and effective solutions.
Produce detailed technical quotations
Liaise with team and suppliers to produce production plan for bespoke products including cost and output analysis
Produce accurate and timely service reports
Performance management of team, including, training and disciplinary to ensure output is maximised to meet KPI’s
Forecast requirements, prepare annual budget, schedule expenditures, variance analysis and implement corrective actions to ensure Customer Service financial objectives are met
Create and monitor performance metrics for the service department
Ensure good housekeeping practices
Person Specification:
Experience within service engineering
Electronic Engineering background, with a strong practical ability
People management skills
Strong problem solving skills
Excellent communication
Ability to react to change
Good organising and planning skills
Excellent relationship and leadership skills
Qualifications:
Engineering Degree Qualified or Equivalent
