Engineering Manager

NRG is delighted to be recruiting for an Engineering Manager for our client, a leading Subsea/Oil & Gas company in the North East. This is a permanent role paying a salary of up to £50,000.

Key duties & responsibilities:

Lead the overall Engineering functions
Deliver and maintain engineering support
Provide leadership and direction for team of engineers on key projects
Responsible for all phases of design and engineering
Supporting Business Development group and developing strategy for winning new projects
Allocate & manage resources to meet the demands of the business.
Deliver on time and within budget to the requirements.
Ensure commercial awareness is practised within the team.
Lead and take ownership of development & innovation

The successful candidate will ideally be educated to degree level and will have managerial experience within the Subsea sector or Oil & Gas industry
