Engineering Supervisor / Maintenance Manager
This is an exciting opportunity for a FMCG industry experienced Engineer with a proven leadership track record to join a forward thinking manufacturing company in Cambridgeshire who are currently experiencing a period of growth and expansion due to increased business.
Based on days you will be responsible for the maintenance engineering team, whilst reporting to the Deputy Engineering Manager. You will oversee a team of multi skilled maintenance Engineers whilst completing routine and proactive maintenance duties within this hands-on role. You will also be responsible for project work such as equipment installations.
The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:
*Qualified to ONC, or equivalent within an Electrical Engineering or similar subject
*Proven leadership skills gained within a food manufacturing environment
*Continuous Improvements experience
*Electrical bias with strong mechanical skill base
*Knowledge and experience of PLC's, ideally; Mitsubishi & Allen Bradley - fault finding experience essential, programming experience an advantage
*Knowledge and experience of pneumatics & hydraulics
*Ability to program inverters

Salary £36,000 plus benefits - Days - Car - Pension
