Refrigeration Area Manager - South East

My client is a very well respected, international manufacturer in the industrial refrigeration industry. Due to their ongoing success and expansion they have an immediate requirement for a Refrigeration Area Manager to cover the South East.

This position will have full P & L responsibility for the Service and Contracting business in South East England.

Responsibilities will include:
*The achievement of financial targets.
*Co-ordination of the Area with the rest of the Company to achieve objectives.
*To work with the Sales Manager to formulate sales strategy and tactics.
*To support the Sales team to build and maintain relationships with key customers.
*To ensure the seamless co-ordination between Service and Contracting sales efforts to maximise the potential from the customer base.

Candidates will:
*Demonstrate general management skills
*Have proven ability to turn ideas into actions
*Have strong leadership ability
*Have good knowledge and understanding of the refrigeration market
*Have organisation and planning skills
*Have an understanding of financial concepts
*Be an articulate communicator

The package will depend on experience but a basic in the region of £50k - £55k will be on offer along with a company car and a generous benefits package.
