Excellent & immediate opportunity available for an Engineering Performance Analyst to join our industry leading company on a permanent basis.

We specialize in the design & manufacture of warehouse and counterbalance fork lift trucks, as well as after-sales technical support and logistic related services based on our client's needs & requirements. We are a world leader in our field & are keen to employ a Performance Analyst with an Engineering background to assess and improve the knowledge of our products and services, and advise on the "up time" costings and identify efficiencies that could be made to existing & new customers.

This is a newly created role that will strengthen our ability to give customers real time information in a user friendly way, possibly leading to the creation of a customer portal that would identify statistics such as the first time fix rate by truck type or customer.

The ideal person will interrogate and interpret data and make recommendations on the basis of their findings to support the Service Managers and create new initiatives.

Requirements:
*The ideal person will have good experience of using databases for analysis and report generating software (Crystal Reporting preferred but not essential).
*Knowledge of the use of mobile IT service systems.
*Good attention to detail and the drive and confidence to make recommendations based on your findings.
