We are currently recruiting for Internal Sales Support to be based at our office in Portsmouth. This is a fixed term contract which will run till Jan/Feb 2013. Working as part of Honeywell Enraf who provide a comprehensive range of products and systems for accurate tank gauging, inventory management and tank terminal operations.
1) Compilation of quotation and complex solution based bids.
•Costing and mark-up calculations.
•Technical and commercial documentation compilation.
•Review of Terms and Conditions.
•Bid submittal according to the requirements.
2) Provide technical sales support to the external sales engineers and to the end client in order to propose sound engineered solutions.
3) Project Management:
•Tracking that the projects are delivered on time.
•Control of Payment conditions and requirements.
•Ensuring all documentations (FDS, DDS, P&ID’s ext) are submitted on time.
•Managing the change orders/ requirements.
4) Drive the business internal resources to meet the company targets and customers requirements.
5) Develop work processes and implement continuous improvement to drive efficiency and productivity.
•Ideally you will hold an HND/ Degree in an Engineering discipline
Skills & Experience Required

•Good communication skills
