Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer

This leading Property Real Estate and investment Management companies in the UK that also has offices across the world is looking for a strong Electrical and Mechanical Engineer to work on one of their clients biggest sites in Bracknell.

Role and Responsibilities

Adhere to the maintenance management systems in all engineering Practices
Undertake small installation works and repairs to Mechanical and Electrical plant and equipment
Work within the health and safety guidelines using permits to work, risk assessments and method statements
Carry out all planned maintenance activities as set out by the site
Maintenance of plant and utilities to ensure correct operation.
Ensure that all work orders are completed and issued and closed down fully.
Maintain and repair plumbing and sanitary ware, water fountains, sinks, drains, water heaters, piping and sump pumps.
Provide other building repair as is required by the client including building fabric maintenance (carpentry, painting and general repair).
Installation of new equipment as directed by clients.
Perform general Handyman duties including changing of locks, doors, controllers and other building maintenance as required.

To be suitable for the role candidates must have a proven track record in maintenance contracting environment and hold the following qualifications;

17th Edition
C & G 2391 Test and Inspection
PAT Testing

Any Mechanical Experience and Qualifications such as F-Gas or Plumbing would set you aside from the rest.

Supervisory experience would be advantageous

Remuneration will include but is not limited to
£>35k Basic Salary
Overtime Bank Holidays and Weekends
Call Out Rota
Holidays
