Team Leader

We are currently looking for an Shift Manager who is electrically biased with strong PLC exp to join our client's maintenance team. Working within a manufacturing environment based in Bury St Edmunds, you will take on all supervisory as well as hands on maintenance duties.

General Duties include:

Development & training of engineering team,
Management of work loads
Equipment reliability
Man management
Health and Safety
Knowledge retention
Liaising with maintenance manager
Supervision of contract and permanent staff
Hands on maintenance.

You will need to have previous experience within a food/FMCG manufacturing environment, in both a maintenance and supervisory role.

You will be working a day shift. Salary up to £40k
