Automotive Coach- Poland

Our client is one of the world’s leading Automotive Brands.

Due to their continued success we have an exciting opportunity for a proven Automotive Coach to deliver coaching to employees in dealerships across Poland.

The purpose of this role is part of a global project with the focus on the delivery of a world-class consumer experience.

Working as a contractor you will guide the dealership through a unique and differentiated culture of employee and customer engagement. The contract will initially be for a period of 5 months requiring approximately 25-40 days in the dealership during this period. After this initial 5-month period, interested and qualified contractors can move into a supervisory and mentoring role or remain in the coaching position and continue to support the dealerships.

We are looking for a confident, credible individual who has a wealth of experience of both Coaching and Training within the automotive industry.

In order to fulfil the requirements of this exciting opportunity it is imperative that the individual has experience of:

• Interacting with individuals up to senior executive level as well as the experience of delivering presentations and training within the senior management structure.

• A wealth of experience in change management and a strong understanding of functional areas of the dealership and their relevance to the business overall.

• Significant experience of having delivered coaching for a project, with the focus of improving customer engagement/satisfaction initiatives.

• An appreciation of delivering coaching in line with company goals and processes, so as to replicate the processes followed within the other dealerships across Europe.

It is also ESSENTIAL that the individual is residing in Poland (as relocation costs are not provided) and is fluent in both Polish and English. A full driving licence is a MUST as well as your own transport. We will also require you to travel to the UK several times for training, so a willingness to travel overseas is imperative!
