Customer Services Advisor
Our client are a large local government body and are looking for a customer services advisor to join their team. This is initially a 6 month contract however it may be extended for the right candidate.
Our client is looking for someone to come on board and help deliver professional customer services ensuring that where possible enquiries and complaints are resolved at the first point of contact.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for taking decisions with each service using logging, processing and progress chasing enquiries according to our clients SLAs. You will also be required to receive and process payments made to the client at your earliest opportunity along with providing information to callers advising on procedures of our client and services available. You will be expected to maintain electronic and written databases.
Essentially our client is looking for someone with a good customer services background preferably within a public sector environment with good administrative skills. You will also be expected to work some Saturdays on a rota basis.
