Deputy Head of Business Process - (Ops Manager) - India - £50000

Our client is looking for a Operations Manager to work within their office in India. You will need to be able to relocate and work within India for a minimum of 2 years.

You'll be expected to set, monitor and deliver the business plan and work within budget.

You must ensure that resource is fully utilised and processes and efficiencies are optimised.

You will support the business process leadership and act as a vital channel between the UK and the teams in India.

You must have proven Operational management expertise, preferably within an offshore environment, along with the ability to communicate with gravitas and credibility.
You must have excellent awareness of Operational best practices and off shoring functions. A good understanding of revenue generation and sales through service.

You'll have proven people management and negotiation skills, complimented by your drive to understand the needs of the customer and desire to provide outstanding service. Excellent commercial acumen is essential.
