Sales Coordinators

Wise Employment are urgently recruiting for one of their Clients in Exeter. We are looking to recruit on behalf of our client, two Senior Sales Coordinators for a very busy Sales office.

The role:-

To deliver outstanding customer service

Manage all customer enquiries, via telephone, email and internet

Process orders efficiently and quickly

Quote for UK and Worldwide business and manage follow up calls effectively

Upsell at every opportunity

To carry out purchase order preparation and placement

Data Entry onto the POS system

Working hours: Mon-Fri 9am-5.30pm

The candidates:

You will be highly motivated

Have outstanding communication skills both written and oral

Solid work history within a fast paced sales/order environment

IT Literate

Good Numeracy skills

The ability to retain information and digest quickly

Excellent eye for detail with outstanding accuracy

Team player, with a great sense of humour!
