Customer Service Advisor
The main purpose of the advisor role is to provide excellent customer service by answering and resolving calls and e-mails and when required, making outbound calls to the highest standards. This role is responsible for delivering a frontline service which meets (and where possible exceeds), the needs and demands of members and the objectives and targets of the business.
As Member Services operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, this role demands
flexibility and is required to work shifts.
Currently recruiting for evening hours from 5pm-11.30am working up to 5 days a week
Also available 10.00am to 2.00pm Sat to Mon
This is a temporary position with a view to permanent for the right candidates.
