Customer Service Advisor

Customer Service Advisor required to cover maternity contract, based in Diss.

We are seeking an experienced and professional individual to join a busy department within a dynamic call centre.

Working hours are Monday to Friday – 9.00am – 5.00pm so no shift work! Starting hourly rate £6.46 per hour increasing to £6.90 on completion of probation period!

You will be dealing with customer enquiries, making bookings, overcoming any objections, taking payments and generally being the first point of contact for customers calling in.

Previous call centre experience is essential for the role.
