Salary: £22,000 - £25,000
We are looking for candidates who have previous call centre experience and can speak 3 languages. You must have Two of the following language French, Spanish, Italian or German (one must be your native language). You must also be fluent in English. As we are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join a very busy team working for a company who are leaders in travel and assistance insurance on behalf of blue chip companies.
Additional Aspects of the Role:
To answer all calls in a prompt, professional manner ensuring a helpful customer experience
To take responsibility for every call you take, ensuring that each case is managed and logged with the appropriate processes and are actioned swiftly, making sure your line manager is kept informed in escalated cases
Conducting outbound calls
Providing accurate information and support to all customers, including carrying out relevant research and investigation research which results in clear, accurate advise
Other ad-hoc duties as related to the role
Hours for this role are from 8am - 5pm, Monday to Friday, please note Saturday shifts are likely to be introduced at a later date.
Skills. Experience Required:
Your mother tongue language must be either French, German Spanish or Italian and you must be fluent in an ADDITIONAL of either of these language AS WELL as English, written and verbal - If your additional languages are not clear on your CV, please do specify
You must be educated to A Level standard or equivalent
Previous experience of working within a customer service role i.e. Call Centre within a blue chip company
Excellent problem solving and organisation skills
The ability to communicate both written and verbally
A proficiency in Outlook, Word and Excel
A clean, current driving license
A degree, (or equivalent) outbound sales experience and an interest in cars is desirable but not essential
