Role:                                       Client Liaison Officer

Location:                        Carrington, South Manchester

Hours of Work:                Rotating Shifts

 As an integral part of the Client Liaison Team and a key point of contact, the Client Liaison Officer maintains contact with customers from the first introduction call to completion of the account by building client relationships to ensure that they feel reassured someone can help them during their time of financial difficulties. After satisfying Data Protection you will effectively answer queries of all types from the customers and offer additional products. The job may be performed via telephony, email, internet and other hi-tech communication methods, although predominantly telephony.

Requirements of the Role

ü  A minimum 12 months experience within Sales Experience - Cross Selling an Advantage

ü  Call centre experience is essential. You must have outstanding customer focus ensuring customer expectations are met and queries are resolved to the satisfaction of both business and customer.

ü  A willingness to achieve targets on cross selling and other targets is necessary.

ü  Effective communication and a positive attitude will ensure success in the role.
