Account Handler
Our client is looking for an experienced customer service representative to join their team on a short term basis.
The representative will need to provide excellent service to our customers by maximising supply and ensuring the customer has expert point of contact and has knowledge specific to their account
Key Duties:
* Progress daily customer orders placed from input through to despatch
* Identify stock shortages and minimise impact to service through liaison with the supply team and customer
* Create opportunities to deliver additional sales where appropriate
* Resolve delivery issues both short and long term through communication with haulier and transport team.
Skills/experience required:
* Administration experience
* SAP experience
* Confident & professional telephone manner
* Customs experience and knowledge of commodity codes essential
Hours of work are Monday- Friday (37 hour Week)
