The Company:
The client is a leader within the Automation and Control Systems field with operations in 100 countries worldwide. They specialise in providing integrated solutions the transmission and distribution industry.

The Role:
The Customer Account Coordinator will take responsibility for resolving a wide range of customer issues ranging from the straight forward price and availability questions to the more complex root cause investigation and resolving of invoicing and credit note issues.
Over time develop a close working relationship with customers so that you are seen as a real partner working with them within the company to maximise a positive commercial relationship for both parties.

This is a contract role to cover a period of maternity leave.

Duties include but are not limited to:
Advise on price and availability and provide standard quotations.
Take ownership of and investigate progress on orders, using SAP, communicate with inventory controllers, warehouse, technical & Product Managers.
Investigate all credit note & invoice queries to their root cause and own the solution necessary to permanently resolve.
Understand discount & price structures to be able to update the systems.
Manage/analyse the stock profile and cleansing within distributors, wholesalers.
Make visits to customers and the warehouse as necessary.
A high level of IT literacy that will provide a good foundation for future competence across a number of packages including SAP, Excel, Lotus Notes and Credika.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills
A Continuous improvement process driven approach to resolving issues
Data and facts orientated

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
A level or relevant BTEC qualifications.
