Sales Advisor - up to £22k + commission

This well known and highly professional financial services corporation are always searching for innovative new ways to service their customers. Based in Northampton, as a worldwide brand, it's very important they maintain their reputation and stay one step ahead of competitors.

The Global Business team enable businesses of all sizes to accept payments from customers, and process payments for over a third of British businesses. They wish to maintain and increase their market share with the delivery of new products and services to making an exciting future.

As a sales advisor you will:
* Handle a range of general enquiries and identify all sales opportunities.
* Build a good rapport with all customers with all customers, identifying new sales and leads.
* Convert warm leads from small to medium businesses, using your negotiation skills to convert leads into new relationships.

You will need an excellent telephone manner, be a comfortable user of PC applications, with good keyboard skills and be an effective team player. Any contact centre knowledge or experience is an advantage.
