Administrator - Customer Services
This is a role which could develop into a long term career within this fast expanding company.
Duties include
Opening and sorting incoming post then distributing to CLO's
Collecting post by the end of each day, franking, counting and ensuring it is collected by Royal Mail
Organising special delivery's
Scanning & Validating Documents:
Making sure that all documents are scanned and validated then correctly stored in database
Supplies:
Checking that stationary, supplements for franking machine and printers are replenished
General support and assistance for management:
Cheque run for finance department
Full time position
Monday - Thursday 9:00 - 5:30
Friday - 9:00 - 5:00
Salary - 16k
