Our client is a leading training provider, looking for the following person to join the organisation-

Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) Officer - Construction

National role covering England as required. Candidates can be based anywhere although Midlands or South based would be preferable.

Salary £30,000 Excellent package

Our client is seeking to appoint an Internal Quality Assurance Officer to support the assessment, progression and completion process. You will work within the Construction Programme area and have responsibility for the verification of learning and achievement and the validity of qualifications in compliance with Awarding Body criteria. You will have experience of work-based learning, blended delivery and electronic learner data systems. We require applicants to hold V1 or TAQA and be educated to level 4 in a relevant sector area.

KEY OUTPUTS:
Contribution to assessment, moderation, standardisation and sampling activity;
To work with the Programme Area Team to produce a project plan for learner progression and achievement, resulting in timely completions;
To monitor the above and act accordingly to achieve targets;
Contribute to the Programme Area Quality Improvement Plan and Quality Assurance guidelines;
Knowledge of education information management systems

SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE:

Educated to minimum level 4 in a relevant sector area;
V1 or TAQA;
Experience in work based learning and blended delivery within construction;
Commitment to a learner centred approach;
IT proficiency with experience in education management information systems;
Experience of electronic learner data systems;

Applicants must hold a UK driving licence, as travel around the UK may be required.
