Carpentry Trainer/Assessor

This is an exciting opportunity for ANY carpenter or joiner who has an NVQ level 3 or Advanced Craft in carpentry and joinery.

The ideal candidate will have an A1 Assessor award and/or a PTLLS Teaching Certificate. My client is willing to consider candidates without these teaching qualifcations but you MUST be level 3 qualified and have a wealth of site/bench carpentry experience and be willing to work towards teaching qualifications.

The opportunity available is to start a career in education. The role would involve assessing and training students in the work place. You will be given full training and support so that you can use your skills to pass on your knowledge, and at the same time you will be given the opportunity to train to become a fully qualified teacher.
