Employability Group Facilitator - Leeds

The job

Duties:
*Developing and Delivering training sessions on job search, interview skills and confidence
*Ensuring targets are met for numbers of customers attending sessions
*Completing paperwork in line with requirements
*Liaising with jobseekers and employers alike
*Updating customer records using the database
*Evaluating the programmes

Ideal candidates need:
*To have excellent presentations skills and confidence to deliver training to groups
*To be very organised and have a positive attitude
*To have strong admin and IT skills
*To be able to build excellent relationships with colleagues, clients and external organisations
*To be adaptable and be able to use their initiative
*To be resourceful in their approach

Job details:
*This is a full time role
*Annual salary £23, 835
*Based in Leeds
*Permanent contract
