Telesales Executive (Nottingham)

Our client is looking for a Telesales Executive to join their team. The role will be based in the company's office in Nottingham.

* The role will predominately be office based telesales (cold calling on the telephone) but may from time to time involve cold calling on foot or going to pre arranged sales appointments with potential new employers. Ultimately the telesales team are targeted on generating new starts/sign ups on to the company's Apprenticeship training programmes across the Midlands.

* You must have a good sales background and experience of cold and warm calling as well as account management skills.

* The company are looking for a personable, friendly individual to build long term relationships with potential employers. Employer commitment is the most important outcome not just a sale.

* Experience / knowledge of the Hospitality / Education industry would be beneficial as you will be contacting prospective clients within this field to encourage them to put staff through apprenticeships and other training courses.

* You will be able to source your own leads and search for new business using innovative means as well as following leads given to you. This role will require a mix of business development, account management, telephone and face to face sales.

Location: Nottingham

Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday - Friday)

Holidays: 25 days per annum

Salary: £16,000 - £18,000 per annum basic + bonus. OTE circa £22,000 - £24,000 per annum
