The Company:
The client is a leader within the Automation and Control Systems field with operations in 100 countries worldwide. They specialise in providing integrated solutions to the Transmission and Distribution and Oil & Gas industry with projects offshore and overseas.

The Role of the Panel Wirer is to carry out all Panel Wiring and Panel Fitting functions within the Hardware Assembly Team.

The Panel Wireman will:-
Work from engineering drawings to fit and wire DCS System panels.
Work from engineering drawings to carry out modifications to components and panels.
The Panel Wireman will liaise with all members of the Hardware Assembly and Design team during Hardware Assembly.
Will assist with strip, clean and pack activities within the System Assembly and Design team.

Essential Skills / Qualifications of the Panel Wireman will be:
To use all hand tools, power tools, light plant and measuring equipment required to wire and fit from engineering drawings

Personal Experience and Attributes:
The Panel Wireman will be experienced in working in a Panel Shop environment
Be experienced in wiring and fitting of DCS Panels and Cabinets.
