Our client currently requires an experienced 'hands-on' Electronics Software Engineer to be responsible for the specification, design and development of a range of products and bespoke orders to military clients. You will be part of a small team reasonable for the continuous development of the company's software products.

Requirements

Previous experience within a similar position with a good exposure to electronics
Experience of embedded software development & a solid understanding of software and project design life cycle
Knowledge of embedded "C" Programming with some experience of C#/C++ programming
Ideally a hardware engineering background with experience in writing firmware for control systems
Degree/HNC/ONC in Electronics or a related subject

Technical Skills:

Embedded C & C++ experience
Development of Windows GUI software
C# programming of test control software
Analogue and digital interface electronics
