Web Developer

Our client provides website service for corporate organisations, internationally. As part of their increased business, they are seeking a professional and talented individual to join their technical team.

The purpose of your role will be to work as part of the existing technical team to enhance the existing websites through various modifications to meet the needs of the customer, whilst integrating the changes with the backend databases. You will be working on exciting projects using Microsoft Technologies.

The successful candidate must be comfortable working both autonomously and as part of a team, whilst demonstrating the following skills and experience:

• Previous experience working in a Web Development environment.
• Extensive front end developer skills in HTML, ASP.net, CSS and Javascript
• Excellent communication skills
• Creative and capable of problem solving
• Use of the Microsoft tools including Visual Studio and SQL Server
• Experience of tracking website statistics would be highly desirable
Knowledge of integration with social media would be highly desirable.

This is a contract position for 3 months initially to support the existing team who are developing new web based application. However for the right candidate, a permanent opportunity could arise to work on their new web based projects using HTML 5.

Working hours will be 37 hour per week, Monday to Friday 09.00 – 17.30.
