Head of Service Delivery

Large organisation seeks a Service delivery manager/director with the main objective of delivering a revue and subsequent change of supplier via a bid process.

Responsible for the management and delivery of third party and in-house delivered support services service in line with contractualSLA's and agreements where applicable.
Responsible for providing ultimate authorisation for changes to the production systems, environments and services ensuring that availability of service is the primary consideration.
Responsible for escalating support issues to ensure timely resolution and proactive investigation to drive out the root cause and prevent reoccurrence.
Responsible for the identification of risks to the IS service provision and management of agreed risk mitigation actions.
Responsible for communication to Relationship Managers and Key Users for major service issues.
Collaborate with the solution design and delivery team to ensure that solutions have clearly defined support models and agreements. Responsible in conjunction with the delivery teams for the successful transition of project.
