Software Support Analyst / Junior Business Analyst

My leading software client is looking to recruit 2 Support Analysts / Junior Business Analysts to join their team. You will be required to work with Development, Testing and Product Management teams to ensure that issues and defects are documented and resolved. You will apply your analysis and problem solving skills to review customer issues, assess the impact of proposed changes and product a clear statement of requirements for the developers. You will then work closely with internal teams to implement the required changes.

Suitable candidates will have excellent analysis skills and proven experience within a support or analyst role in a software environment. You will have experience of the full software development lifecycle and strong customer service skills. Excellent communication skills are essential as you will be required to liaise with various different departments and personnel. Candidates with a Business Analysis background will be well suited for this role since you will be required to apply your documentation skills as well as any UML or Use Case knowledge which you may possess.
