One of my Farnham based clients has just started looking for 2 Java Developers to join their talented team. They have a very strong team of Java Developers at present and an exceptional portfolio of clients.

The successful Java Developers will perform all technical, tasks related to each phase of project lifecycle, including configuration, development, testing and installation. This development is in relation to delivering and supporting document processing and management solutions enhancing customer satisfaction, profit and revenue.

The position is quite diverse though and would best suit a developer with 2 years experience who wishes to move into a more rounded full life-cycle position where client facing skills and consultancy based responsibilities are key.

Experience and abilities:
-Knowledge and experience of all the stages of the software projects
-Highly motivated; able to work in teams or individually
-At least 2 years Java (preferably some Hibernate / Spring / JUnit)
-Java certification would be a huge plus.
-JavaScript (which is a different beast from Java) would be ideal as would JSP.
-1 years SQL/ORACLE
-Experience of Tomcat Preferably some experience of public speaking / on-site installations
-Experience of using source management (e.g. Subversion)
-Experience of using Eclipse
