Based in Central London, my client is looking for a local, passionate, driven 2nd Line Support / Desktop Analyst to join their expanding team. As part of a smaller team, you will be responsible for providing 1st & 2nd line support to the internal users and infrastructure. My client is looking for someone ideally with a couple of years experience within an IT related role who has a track record supporting a Wintel environment (Windows 7, Vista, XP, server 2003/2008 ) on a desktop and server basis. To strengthen your CV you will have experience with Active Directory and Remote Support. Furthermore your CV should demonstrate experience working on network issues such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP servers, Exchange and Windows.
