Near Weybridge/ Walton-on-Thames, Surrey - Up to £33k depending on experience

New and exciting opportunity to join a well established growing software house based in North Surrey as an Application Support Analyst working predominately with SQL 2000 / 2005 / 2008 and remote desktop technologies. You will be trained into their specific software and be in a client facing support desk providing support to their client base. You will be working to structured SLA's so having experience in a helpdesk in a software / application support position is very desirable. You must have excellent customer service skills and be able to liaise with all levels of staff. You will be keen to learn as they will provide a structured progression and training plan.
