Progress Programmer

THE ROLE Joining an accomplished team of developers in a professional yet friendly environment, you’ll undertake Progress programming and systems testing for a wide range of projects across our multi channel retail and wholesale business. Reporting to a Development Team Leader you will be using Progress V10 and Open Edge 10, GUI and CHUI, to specify, programme, develop and test bespoke applications, write technical specifications and provide third line support for developed applications. This may involve work outside of core business hours. THE PERSON Ideally we are looking for skilled Progress Programmers/Developers with experience of using Progress (ideally V10), GUI and CHUI, SmartObjects. A confident communicator with a logical and structured approach to IT development/programming, you’ll also have a strong customer and team focus.
