My client - a major central government agency has an exciting opportunity for a DV CLEARED - Requirements Capture Manager working in their large Gloucestershire based offices. The DV CLEARED - BA / Requirements Capture Manager will be working to gather requirements for a newly formed group. The DV CLEARED - BA / Requirements Capture Manager will be required to gather, document and disseminate business requirements in a number of key areas. The successful applicant will need to engage with multiple stakeholders in order to generate a requirements capture for projects within a programme of work. All projects have significant IT component and will be used by a large user community.

The DV CLEARED - Requirements Capture Manager must have:

Experience in gathering business requirement - (essential) and familiarity in project team working would also be valuable. eg. DOORS etc.
Educated to Degree level.
Project Management qualifications Advantageous.
Very good networker with the ability to create an instant rapport with many different personality types.
An understanding of IT technical concepts at high level is essential. In depth technical experience is not. The DV CLEARED - Requirements Capture Manager will be working initially on a 6 month contract with a distinct possibility of extension for further 6 months. The position is based in Gloucestershire and is offering Excellent rates - This is dependent on skills and experience. Applicants MUST HOLD current valid DV level security clearance.
