3rd LINE NETWORK SUPPORT ANALYST, BLUECOAT PROXY, FIREWALLS, WAN, LAN, IP TELEPHONY, SOUTHAMPTON, HAMPSHIRE, £ 40 – 45,000 + BENEFITS

This leading global organisation urgently requires an experienced 3rd Line Network Support Analyst to join their Infrastructure support team responsible for monitoring and maintaining the network infrastructure across the group with specific responsibility for the support and management of the corporate Bluecoat infrastructure. The key responsibilities of the 3rd Line Network Support Analyst will include the following:

• Management and monitoring of the Bluecoat infrastructure to include configuration, maintenance and administration
• Management of Firewall infrastructure
• Assist in the management of all LAN site installations and infrastructures
• Maintain a centralised ESM capability

Suitable applicants will have experience in:

• Must have proven working knowledge of Bluecoat Proxy infrastructures
• Good technical knowledge and hands on skills with IT infrastructures to include WAN/LAN and IP Telephony installations
• Experienced in working with 3rd party suppliers and business stakeholders
• Must be able to produce high quality operational and technical reference documentation

Please note that successful candidates will be required to undergo security clearance to SC level and must be able to drive as there will be a requirement to travel to other sites.
