Our client requires a License Manager to work onsite in Norwich. The right candidate will be working in the License Management team reporting into the Head of License Management. Duties will include: Improvement of knowledge about and getting control of software license costs and IT maintenance contracts. Optimising the authorisation process regarding purchasing of additional software licenses. Set up performance indicators of the Software Control and Distribution process. Contract negotiating with software suppliers regarding to existing and new software products. Skills/Experience: Software License experience Financial experience Possess experience of ITIL Release Change and Configuration Management gained in an IT Enterprise Environment Be able to practice excellent work prioritisation and time management Be able to collaborate and communicate effectively with suppliers and customers Be disciplined to follow work instructions faithfully, and to deliver improv ements as a well managed change Please forward CVs in the first instance.
