Software Tester - An excellent opportunity has arisen with a leading company based in Cambridgeshire where you will be joining a close knit development team in a dynamic company, with the ability to drive your career forward. As a Software Tester you will be involved in working with project managers and developers to assure that the product is functioning effectively to ensure satisfied clients.

Key Responsibilities:

·Writing and executing test plans
·Running and reviewing automation tests
·The ability to determine what areas of code need to be tested for the best efficiency
·Understanding of planning and executing tests for newer environments such as multi-threaded systems
·Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
·Windows, Mac and Linux experience preferred
·Ability to make recommendations around which improvements may be needed in the automation test system

Key Requirements:

·Good leadership skills
·Motivation to work unsupervised and as part of a team
·Java + Swing programming
·Ability to schedule own workload and plan tasks
·Windows Administration
·Some C skills would be useful
·Educated to degree level or equivalent

Salary: Negotiable (dependant on experience)
Hours: Standard
